Every transaction is governed by the specification, grade, tolerance, packing, inspection basis, Incoterm and payment terms agreed in writing before loading. Where those terms conflict with anything on this website, the written terms prevail.

Claims relating to quality or quantity must be raised within the period stated in the relevant contract and supported by the agreed inspection evidence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a specific contract states otherwise. Transactions contracted with our Dubai group company are governed by the terms of that contract.
